Board of Directors

The DOT.Comm Board of Directors is comprised of the following:

• Two representatives from the City of Omaha
• Two representatives from Douglas County
• Three appointed private sector individuals with a background in information technology

The Board of Directors roles and responsibilities are governed by the Inter-Local Agreement between the City of Omaha and Douglas County. The Board generally holds monthly meetings (open to the public) on a monthly basis. Agendas for the meeting are published approximately one week prior to the meeting.
