CPAN DIAL SUBSCRIBERS

Douglas County will provide access to CPAN using ASCII communications with a protocol converter. Douglas County will provide the necessary equipment at the Computer Center. The subscriber will call an assigned phone number to access the system. The subscriber will also be assigned a user ID to sign on to the system.

The subscriber will provide and be responsible for all equipment at their site. If the subscriber uses a personal computer with terminal emulation, it will be their responsibility to make it work.

The subscriber will need internet access.
The cost will be as follows:

$30.00 (minimum monthly charge) plus twelve cents per transaction monthly (the first 250 transactions are included in the minimum charge).

Users that are inactive for five minutes will be logged off the system.
