The County's Public Access Network (CPAN) has been developed to allow access to public County records through the use of teleprocessing equipment or personal computers. The goal of CPAN is to provide fast and efficient access to real property, document filings, court related information, and voter registration. CPAN has been designed to reduce the number of times users must either come to the County offices to research information or telephone the County offices requesting information. Information available through CPAN includes:

District Court Case Information - contains information such as case number, date filed, attorney names, plaintiff and defendant names. Also, case events, including orders entered, documents filed and scheduled hearing dates are shown. Child Support as well as Sheriff Service information is included. Access to information is by plaintiff or defendant name and/or case file number.

Real Property Information - contains information such as current owner, previous owner, and legal description, tax amounts, special assessments, foreclosures, bankruptcy, tax sales, and tax delinquencies. Access to this information is by owner name, legal description, property address and/or parcel number. It also contains instrument number, book/page, instrument type, all grantor and grantee names and date recorded. Access to this information is by grantor name, grantee name, legal description and/or instrument number.

Document Filing Information - contains the alphabetical indexes for UCC, corporation, partnership, marriage license, miscellaneous and proof of publication documents. Access to information is by name.
