CPAN Real Estate Information

Register of Deeds information contains land records information which includes instrument number, book/page, instrument type, all grantor and grantee names and date recorded. Access to information is by grantor name, grantee name, legal description and/or instrument number.

The transaction codes involved for the Register of Deeds information are as follows:

  • BOOK - Display document filed.
  • DELV - Display return mailing address.
  • ALPH - Document search by name.
  • NAMS - Display all names associated with a document.
  • LOTS - Display all lots associated with a document.
  • DEED - Display history of deed instruments.
  • MORT - Display history of mortgage instruments.
  • LEGL - Summary of filings for a parcel.
    • (LEGD is a subtransaction code)

County Clerk information concerning real property information such as current owner, previous owner, legal description. Access to information is by owner name, legal description, address and/or parcel number.

The transaction codes involved in the above are as follows:

  • PARC - Display basic property information.
  • SPLT - Display split and combination information.
  • ADDR - Address inquiry into property information.
  • POWN - Display owner information.
  • PLEG - Display legal information for a specific parcel.
  • OWNR - Owner search.
  • LEGL - Legal search.
    • (LEGA and LEGP are subtransaction codes of LEGL)

Treasurer information contains real property information such as tax amounts, special assessments, foreclosures, bankruptcy, tax sales, and tax delinquencies. Access to information is by owner name, legal description, address and/or parcel number.

The transaction codes involved in the Treasurer information are as follows:

  • PAYT - Display tax payments and refunds.
  • PFOR - display foreclosure, bankrupty and tax sale information.
  • PTAX - Display tax billing information.
  • SA - Display special assessments on a parcel.

Assessor information contains real property charactristic informaiton on commercial and residential property.

The transaction codes involved in the above are as follows:

  • PINQ - Residential characteristics including year erected and square feet of living area.
  • CHAR - Commercial characteristics selection.
  • GENB - General building information.
  • INEX - Interior/exterior features.
  • LAND - Lan information.
  • YARD - Yard and/or secondary buildings information.
  • AINQ - Cropland, grassland, timber, and miscelleanous land information.

City of Omaha possible assessment information contains information concerning weeds, litter, sidewalks, driveways, and whatever service for which the City can assess charges.

The transaction codes involvex in the above are as follows:

  • PCMP - Weed and Litter - all work orders for a parcel.
  • CPLX - Weed and Litter - detail work order information.
  • CMPP - Sidewalk, driveway and miscellaneous - all projects for a parcel.
  • CMPX - Sidewalk, driveway and miscellaneous - detail project information.
