RFP - Annual Salvage Agreement for City of Omaha/Douglas County Computer Equipment
The Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission, known as DOT.Comm, invites proposals for an annual Salvage Agreement for the disposal of decommissioned computer equipment. The quote should be such that all FEDERAL EPA guidelines must be followed as well as any state or local laws. Preference will be given to responders who attempt to recycle as much material as possible. The contract will be for bulk handling of low level waste in the form of used computers including monitors, keyboards and printers etc. The proposed contract should include all transport and delivery as well as written documentation stating compliance with all proposed guidelines and a complete invoice depicting all charges.
