RFP - Kiosks and Digital Signage/GOCVB
The Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission, known as DOT.Comm, on behalf of the Greater Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau (GOCVB), invites proposals for hardware, software and services related to kiosks and digital signage. This RFP seeks a vendor that can provide a single software solution that offers a user-friendly interface for easy additions and updates to the presentation layer for both the kiosks and digital signs. In addition, this RFP seeks onsite installation and setup, annual maintenance and software training for kiosks and digital signs. The GOCVB requires the full implementation of this project to be completed by July 15, 2006, with the implementation of the digital sign software completed by June 12, 2006.
