Living a Healthy Life

DOTComm offers comprehensive health, dental and vision plans to all full-time employees and their families. Medical plans offered include traditional PPO and a competitive high deductible health plan which includes a health savings account (HSA). DOTComm subsidizes a significant portion of the medical and dental plan premiums and contributes to the employee HSA.

DOTComm provides a 401(a) including a matching contribution for each full-time employee. Each employees directs and manages their investment to ensure you meet your strategies and goals.

Flexible spending accounts for health, dependent care, parking and transit are self-funded accounts that enable employees to increase spendable income and save money by reducing your taxes.

Long-term disability insurance is provided at no cost to the employee and DOTComm also provides $45,000 of life insurance/AD&D for each employee. Employees are provided the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their spouse and dependents.

Employees receive a generous time-off package that includes eleven (11) paid holidays, vacation leave and sick leave.  DOTComm believes our employees work very hard and deserve time away from work for rest and relaxation so that we maintain a positive work/life balance.
